Bhavana is a wonderful healer. She is more than just a yoga teacher, she imparts wisdom and encouragement as part of each class. Her sessions are helping me gain upper body strength and heal from an old tailbone discomfort while becoming stronger and more flexible. I have been going to Bhavana for yoga classes for the last 2 months. I even took a friend with me - who is now hooked to Bhavana’s classes. she now goes to classes twice a week and says it has helped her with arthritis and other joint issues. I personally could feel my entire body being worked and stretched. She has seldom repeated the workout in the last 2 months. Bhavana understands your body and gives alternates to the routine based on your body limitations. I like her calm demeanor , variety in sessions, directness in communication and her patience.
