Class Description

Flow & Glow:

An endurance focused class where we do 30 mins of asana sequence and 15 mins of deep relaxation. This class is not advisable for those with injuries, recovering from surgery or in general who have very low level of fitness. The class works best for those looking to get a full 45 min workout with minimum instructor involvement.

Basic Strengthening:

A beginner friendly class where we work with foundational yoga asanas and build strength. Props are used to make asana more accessible for everyone. The class is designed to go at a medium/slow pace with brief moments of rest woven in. Individual attention and care are given to all students.

Explore a Pose:

This class works for all levels. Classes are designed around a peak pose or muscle group function [hip opening, shoulder stretch] with a goal to help students explore the limits of their body and gain confidence. Props are used to make asanas more accessible. This class is designed to go at a slow/medium pace with individual attention/modification offered to every student.
